Our goal is a zero-incident culture.
This starts with a personal commitment from everyone at every level.

We will never put profit or production ahead of safety. No work is so important or urgent that it cannot be done safely.

Our approach involves applying best-in-class practices to control or eliminate exposures, especially our five known High Potential Exposures (HPEs) that account for the majority of serious injuries in our operations (Work at Height, Hazardous Energy, Mobile Equipment, Confined Spaces, Hoisted Loads).

Our Stand for Safety program empowers employees worldwide with awareness and prevention tools they can use on the job and requires supervisors to coach, train and engage their teams frequently.
